Varun Dhawan recently shared a picture of himself with the perfect body with a caption that he had been working hard for it.
According to media reports, Varun Dhawan followed a strict diet and workout plan for his latest movie. In a Twitter post, Varun Dhawan’s fitness expert was in all praise for him tweeting he was 100 percent dedicated towards the fitness regime.
He strictly followed a diet consisting of omelet or sandwich for breakfast, steam brown rice, three chapattis, baked chicken and broccoli for lunch and banana or papaya as snacks.
Varun Dhawan also keeps his fans updated about his fitness routines on social media. It included heavy weight lifting as well. In the meantime, he also had to train for dance sequences in the movie for which the body needs to be flexible.
Last week Dhawan also took part in a charity event organized by 1small step for cancer, again extending his celebrity status and reach for the welfare of low-income people who have cancer.
