Fitness regimes of celebrities are always a curious thing for the thousands of fan and here is Farhan Akhtar, the Bollywood actor, director and scriptwriter, with his daily cycling trips as part of his new fitness goals.
He started with daily cycling a couple of months back and has been an inspiration for many through everyday posts on his pedaling journeys. In his recent post on the Instagram account, the actor has posted a picture with cycling accessories like helmet and energy drinks along with a caption ‘When par is no longer enough, take it a bit further.’
Tagging the post as funtime and fitness goals, he has expressed his joy in cycling and covering the distances. Through the Instagram post, it is clear that the Bollywood actor has gone beyond the set distance of cycling as it is entertaining and a fun way to work out.
According to the sources, Akhtar has started a new fitness regime for his latest film with Mohit Suri, and he will play the character of a boxer in it. As per the sources, the actor has been cycling for a minimum of 22 km per day as part of the new fitness goals followed by a two-hour workout session and a rigorous volleyball session.
Akhtar, who grabbed the heart of millions of people in India and abroad, through the movies like DilChahtaHai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, also posted a picture with a tender-coconut seller, who provided refreshment at the end of the ride every day.
In August, he had posted a picture wearing a new jersey and accessories as a part of new fitness regime which is cycling and tagged the entire cycling pictures as ‘pedalijayenge.’
Sources also revealed that the actor has been following strict diet along with the exercise. He also needs to cut late night parties and outings for the upcoming movie and has set 10.30 pm as bedtime.
Akhtar had awed his fans through the unbelievable body fitness he maintained for the film ‘BhaagMilkaBhaag,’ in which he played the role of an athlete. Among the celebrated people in the Bollywood, Akhtar is known as a determinant person, and his new fitness routine justifies the praises.
