- Clean Armpits- Wash them often so that there is no bacteria and smell.
- Deos – Good antiperspirants or deodorants block the sweating of glands. Buy the deodorants carefully which are not harmful to health.
- Clean Feet- helps kill the bacteria and even itching sensation too.
- Shoes and Socks- Always wear a clean pair of socks every day which allows sweat to evaporate. A leather shoe is good for sweat evaporation of feet.
